To work more of the imaginative parts of our brain today, we fixated on what one can do with under a dollar when discovered ’75 Cents Color Paper’, a photo project using only 75 cents for styling by photographer Andrea Basile. The idea behind this should be a heavy musing for stylists, photographers and make-up artists dealing with portraiture—low budget, big picture. The main material used were paper sheets which were vamped in creative ways to adapt to the models and composition of each photograph, resulting in beautifully structured and colorful array of photographs exceeding far beyond the 75 cent styling expectations. Perhaps you’ll head to Michael’s for some pick-ups after the gallery viewing.
