1st Class Fashion is a inventive social media platform with a revolutionary twist—one that encourages LA’s sartorialists to share snapshots of their daily looks on the brand’s website. If the photo hits 300 or more likes, 1st Class Fashion awards the member with a 1st class round trip ticket to, drumroll…anywhere in the world.
Ummm, how do we sign up?
Well, our editors were so intrigued that we went a bit further than merely entering our email address in a digital sign-up box. In conjunction with 1st Class Fashion, LA CANVAS headed to a private jet hangar for Luxe Lane, a luxurious “shop n’ sip” experience celebrating the launch of the brand’s innovative campaign on Thursday, September 4th. It was a hit to say the least.
Attendees enjoyed artisanal cocktails and snacks from Pretzel Crisps. Contemporary brands like David Giampiccolo, Rehab, Style Stalker, Line & Dot, Teeki, Bow Appetit, and AfrikaFifty6 were available for purchase, with a beauty bar provided by Silhouette Inc. NoMBe and DJ Ariel will hit the decks to score an evening of wanderlust and extravagance—an evening guests won’t soon forget. Catch a glimpse in some of the recap images in our gallery. - Construction in Pasadena is in rapid-clip mode these past few years. This new development on the corner of Sierra Madre Villa and Foothill Boulevard, ironically the busy and noisy construction site dwarfs… A Noise Within Theatre company and a new apartment building east of the new construction.
