

A 13-year-old boy with an unspecified mental health disorder went missing after being last seen Monday at a Pasadena group home.
Raymond Cobb was last seen at approximately 4 p.m. Monday, according to the Pasadena Police Department, which added that the boy is unfamiliar with the Pasadena area.
Raymond is Black, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, gray T-shirt, black sweatpants and an unknown type of shoes, police said.
Authorities urged people with information on the teen’s whereabouts to call 911 or 626-744-4241.
