A man allegedly abducted his 1-year-old son in West Covina, the California Highway Patrol said Wednesday.
The boy, Weston Landrum, was last seen Tuesday at 9 p.m. near North Grand Avenue and Fairway Lane, according to the CHP, which issued an Amber Alert on behalf of the West Covina Police Department.
Weston is 3 feet tall, weighs 20 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing camouflage pants and a gray shirt that has a picture of a bunny.
Authorities seek 46-year-old Wesley Williams, who is the boy’s father, according to West Covina police via ABC7 and KTLA. Williams is white, 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighs 190 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes, the CHP reported.
Williams was last seen wearing a Hawaiian shirt, blue jeans, and gray and blue shoes. He has a wing tattoo on the front of his neck. Williams may be driving a 2014 white Toyota Tacoma truck with California license plate 75001B3.
Investigators asked anyone who sees Williams or Weston to call 911.
