Authorities seek the public’s help Wednesday to find an 82-year-old man with dementia who went missing in Temple City.
Omar Roberto Moggio was last seen on Tuesday night in the 5300 block of Myrtus Avenue, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported.
Moggio is Hispanic, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, and has gray hair and brown eyes. He was wearing dark blue jeans and a light blue shirt.
“He suffers from dementia and Alzheimer’s disease and is medication dependent,” a sheriff’s department statement said.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts was urged to call the sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500, or Crime Stoppers at 800-222- TIPS. Tipsters may also use the website http://lacrimestoppers.org.
