Hunt Auctions and the National Football League (NFL) Auction are once again collaborating at Super Bowl LVI to host the 14th Annual Super Bowl Live Auction event on Feb. 12 in Los Angeles.
The auction will feature hundreds of items highlighted by the memorabilia from the personal collection of Pro Football Hall of Fame member, John Hannah.
Hannah played football for the University of Alabama earning All-American honors twice. In 1973, Hannah joined the New England Patriots where he spent his entire career. He was selected to nine Pro Bowl teams, was named First-Team All-Pro seven times, and was the first Patriots player inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. John Hannah is regarded by many historians to be the greatest offensive lineman in the history of the game.
“Each year, the Super Bowl Live Auction draws interest from bidders in this country and abroad,” said David Hunt, President of Hunt Auctions. “The 2022 offering will once again showcase an amazing selection of modern NFL items right off the field from the NFL Auction program. We are honored to add John Hannah’s name to the elite roster of legendary players who have offered their collections within this unique partnership auction event. We are always pleased to present this highly anticipated event which annually generates an impressive related donation to the wonderful charities of the NFL Auction program.”
