Smart Circle, a leading broker of outsourced sales in Orange County, has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by the Orange County Register Top Workplaces list, released Thursday.
According to the publication, the list is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization — including alignment, execution, connection and others.
“We are honored and proud to be named one of the Top Workplaces for the fifth year in a row,” said Jigna Patel, Smart Circle’s COO. “Especially meaningful is that this award is based solely on employee feedback.”
Smart Circle is a broker of outsourced sales, as they help clients and independent sales companies grow by designing face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns executed inside retailers, businesses and through door-to-door canvassing.
