UCLA police Wednesday circulated photos of a man they say is a suspect in an assault on some students on campus, and urged anyone knowing his identity to call detectives.
The incident occurred about 6 p.m. Tuesday, according to a UCLA Police Department crime alert.
“The suspect approached the victims at Drake Stadium,” police said. “The suspect got into a verbal altercation with one victim then assaulted her. He then assaulted multiple other victims before leaving the area.”
No injuries were reported, police said.
The suspect has short black hair, and he was wearing a dark jacket and dark pants, the police said.
Anyone with information on his identity or whereabouts was urged to call detectives at 310-825-1491.
