Long Beach police Friday sought public help to find a man with undisclosed medical conditions who went missing.
Christopher James Timmons, 22, described by authorities as “at risk,” was last seen on Thursday about 3 p.m. leaving a medical facility in the 1000 block of Linden Avenue, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
“He suffers from medical conditions and becomes easily disorientated and confused,” police said in a statement.
Timmons has been reported missing in the past, and has been found “throughout Southern California,” according to police, who said he is familiar with the area and knows how to use public transportation.
Timmons is white, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighs 295 pounds, and has black hair, brown eyes and a beard. He has a tattoo of “LB” on his left hand. He was wearing a light gray hoodie with white and black horizontal stripes, light gray sweatpants and black slip-on sandals.
Anyone knowing his whereabouts was urged to call police at 562-570- 7246 or 562-435-6711, or Crime Stoppers 800-222-TIPS. To report an anonymous tip online, go to lacrimestoppers.org.
