If you need someone to talk with about how you arefeeling, please reach out to a friend, family member, AUSD teacher, AUSD staff,AUSD counselor or administrator, or utilize one of the resources provided. Wehave seen so much love and support during these trying times when our schoolshave been closed, and have been inspired by so many people willing to help. Please continue to do so. Even if you’re not in need of any support yourself, please think of someone who might. Reach out to them by text, phone, or video.Simply say hello, check-in, offer support, or just share a laugh and a line ofcomfort. Our schools are physically closed, but our hearts remain wideopen.”
