

The Monrovia League will beholding their monthly meeting on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17 at 11:30 a.m. Themeeting will be held at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 122 S. California Ave. Thismeeting will be a salad luncheon with Monrovia city historian Steve Baker asguest speaker.
He will discuss how Monroviastarted and the women that made the city what it is today. Baker is theMonrovia history expert with an interesting tale to tell.
The league invites all in thecommunity to enjoy a lunch and hear Baker tell of the women behind the men inthe migration to Monrovia.
