If you have not yet voted, try the Monrovia Community Center rather than the Monrovia Public Library. According to a poll worker at the Community Center, four of the six voting machines at the library are not working.

Even though there are at lines at each location, at the Community Center, one waits in the shade not the sun. Do not use the 20-minute parking spots around the library as the line, even at the Community Center, will take at least 15 minutes and it is a long ballot and a new voting machines to learn.
