Los Angeles’ only annual ballet celebrating the Halloween season returns to the stage on Oct. 26 and 27 with a bigger and bolder presentation than ever before. “Sweet Sorrow A Zombie Ballet,” an original ballet choreographed by artistic director Leigh Purtill, continues Shakespeare’s story of Romeo and Juliet following the star-crossed lovers’ deaths and introduces audiences to a cast of witches, werewolves, and zombies.
