Celebrate with tours of our plumeria grove, plant sale, and garden workshops
Interested in growing plumeria, those fragrant delicate flowers used in Hawaiian leis? Learn all about the plant during guided tours of the blooming grove of nearly 100 plants at the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden (301 N. Baldwin Ave.) on Saturday, July 20 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Searching for an unusual plumeria color or scent, visit the sale where hundreds of plants will be available from Southern California plumeria vendors, including Jungle Jack’s Plumeria and many others. Local experts will lead workshops on plumeria basics. Enjoy a display table of blooms that will delight the senses. A free shuttle to the grove will run during the event.
Admission is $9 for adults and $4 for children. For more information, visit arboretum.org.
