During the past month, city staff has made multiple improvements to the lot including the installation of new striping and signage.
The City of Monrovia will be asking that all city employees park in the new parking lot during the day, to free up public parking spaces in the more convenient parking lot located across the street from the Police Department, on northwest corner of Lime and Ivy avenues. As a result the city has installed a number of “Reserved for City Staff Parking” signs in the new parking lot to reserve parking for city personnel between the hours of 6 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
