Monrovia Unified School District is partnering with the City of Monrovia, Centre Stage Theater, and the Volunteer Center of San Gabriel Valley to host the Monrovia Days community festival. The Monrovia Days Parade will feature student scholars and champions from all Monrovia Unified schools, as well as civic leaders and a variety of organizations that serve the community of Monrovia.
Throughout the festival, Monrovia Unified will showcase its award-winning programs such as robotics, ceramics, and performing arts with on-stage student performances. There will also be a variety of family-friendly attractions, entertainment, games, and carnival rides.
On Friday, May 17 students will perform from 5-7 p.m. Then on Saturday, May 18 see parades walk down Myrtle Avenue during the parade which starts at 10 a.m.
Monrovia Days community festival will be held at Monrovia Library Park (321 S. Myrtle Ave.) on May 17 from 5-10 p.m., May 18 from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and May 19 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Presale tickets are available online at MonroviaDays.org; single-day tickets, unlimited two-day wristbands, and unlimited three-day wristbands are available.
