Monrovia Public Works Re-Seeds Grass at Station Square Park

Staff for Monrovia’s Public Works has re-seeded the grass area around the band shell at Station Square Park. Over the years, drought conditions, intense heat, and normal wear and tear took its toll on the grass. Re-seeding will help reinvigorate the grass area and give it a fresh look before the city’s multiple summer events begin.

Due to the re-seeding, the grass area around the band shell will be inaccessible for the next two-week period to give the seeds time to grow.
