Maybe when the city planners start using disclosure agreements re-guarding health risks that could be present along the transportation corridor where all these lovely units are being built and when the next recession hits owners wanting to sell find out that others may not want to buy the units because of potential Health Risks? I don’t think the city has ever done those kind of studies and if so where can they be found for that information?
