Kindergarteners through fifth graders can practice reading aloud to a specially trained therapy dog who loves to hear a good story. Children, who might be too shy to read to another person, just might open up to a sweet, calm dog, and get valuable reading practice. The cute pup will be at the Library on Saturdays, April 6, May 4 and June 1, at 11 a.m. This program is made possible by the generous time and effort of the Pasadena Humane Society.
