Pete Siberell, director of community services and special projects at Santa Anita Park will be the guest speaker for the Arcadia Community Coordinating Council’s meeting on Feb. 4 at 11:30 a.m. at Church of the Good Shepherd’s Jordan Meeting Hall in Arcadia (400 W. Duarte Road).
Siberell will speak about the upcoming 2019 Breeders’ Cup World Championship race coming to Arcadia this November. He will also discuss the $35 million Santa Anita Park invested towards infrastructure improvements over the past three years and plans for the track to further enhance the guest experience at the upcoming Breeders’ Cup by investing an additional $5 million over the coming months to add premium seating, renovate its dining venues and install new outdoor suites.
