

The Woman’s Civic League of Pasadena’s monthly luncheon will be on Monday, Feb. 4 at noon in the Women’s City Club, 160 N. Oakland. Free parking is behind the Clubhouse on Madison.
Also attending is guest speaker Victoria-Buxton Pacheco, a registered dietitian who has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree in nutrition. She also has a certificate in adult weight management with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and a recently published nutrition textbook. Her main focus will be on energy, balance and weight control: healthy body, healthy mind.
The cost for lunch is $25 at the door. Lunch reservations must be made by 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30. To make luncheon reservations, call (626) 888-9404. There is no cost to attend the program only, beginning at 12:30 p.m.
