Starting or growing your business? Three local libraries are partnering to offer free classes on building your business. The Los Angeles Law Library, Arcadia Public Library, and the West Covina Public Library will be presenting a series of three weekly classes starting Wednesday, Jan. 30, with “How to Form a Corporation or LLC,” followed on Feb. 6, with “Know Before You Sign the Dotted Line: Reading and Negotiating Business Contracts,” and ending on Feb. 11, with “Make It Official: Get Your Business Licensed.” All three classes meet from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the West Covina Public Library, located at 1601 W.
