Wild Rose School of Creative Arts was recently awarded the Disney Musicals in Schools grant, which provides students and teachers 17 weeks of training with theater professionals in preparation for a production of a Disney KIDS musical this spring. The school is one of five Los Angeles County schools chosen for the honor.
Wild Rose School of Creative Arts will excite Monrovia’s community with its production of “Aladdin” at the Louise K. Performing Arts Center (845 W. Colorado Blvd.) Jan. 18. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the show will begin promptly at 7 p.m.
Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults – children 3 and under are free. Tickets may be purchased at Wild Rose’s front office or at the door the day of the event. Ticket sales are cash only. All seating is general seating.
A donation booth will be set up to support the arts at Wild Rose. The PTA will have booths set up with Wild Rose merchandise for sale, as well as snacks and drinks before the show. Snacks and drinks will not be allowed inside the theater.
