City celebrates Tom Loy on Nov. 29
The city of Monrovia congratulates Police Lieutenant Tom Loy as he prepares to retire after 32 years of dedicated service to Monrovia and its residents.
Having started working for the community in 1986 as a Reserve Police Officer, Tom has dedicated over three decades of his life to ensuring that our community could be the safest place possible. Among his notable career accomplishments, Tom was instrumental in administering our gang injunction program and he also served for 14 years as the Sergeant in charge of our Special Enforcement Team.
A celebration of Tom’s career is scheduled to take place on Nov. 29 at the Marriott Hotel.
To RSVP for the event, please contact Lori Le Veque, Office Administrator at the Monrovia Police Department, at (626) 256-8098, or via email at lleveque@monrovia.laclen.org.
