A summary of Monrovia’s Plan to Prevent and Combat Homelessness is now available to download on the city’s Homeless Services webpage.
In a joint effort, city staff worked with the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments, local service organizations, businesses and residents to develop a five year plan to address homelessness here in Monrovia.
The work plan formalizes and builds upon the existing programs and services, while integrating the approved strategies to combat homelessness developed by the Los Angeles County Homeless Initiative and Measure H.
A copy of Monrovia’s Plan to Prevent and Combat Homelessness and Summary Sheet can be found online at the City’s Homeless Services page.
The city thanks the members of the city team who have working so hard on this particular initiative, including the Community Activists Policing Bureau, Heather Gibson (city’s new Management Analyst), and Jackie Tran, who contributed her sizable design talents to helping put together the one-page fact sheet.
