Cookbook author and Instant Pot expert Laurel Randolph will discuss her most recent book, “The Instant Pot No-Pressure Cookbook,” at the Arcadia Public Library’s Cay Mortenson Auditorium Sept. 22 at 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
She will also offer a live cooking demonstration and answer questions about the Instant Pot. Those who attend will learn how to use, care for and make delicious meals with the Instant Pot.
