Social Media Poster Threatens Allen Gold Line Station in Pasadena with a Bomb

Pasadena Police Department received information about suspicious postings on social media Friday, June 23.  A subject posted information suggesting he intended to “explode a bomb” at the Allen Gold Line Station.

The police department worked closely with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and subsequently identified the person who posted the threats.

The suspect was later arrested without incident and officials served a search warrant at his residence. The investigation is ongoing.
