On April 1, at about 10:09 p.m., Pasadena Police officers were on patrol in the 200 block of West Washington Boulevard when they were flagged down by a citizen who said a person had been shot inside a nearby residence.  Officers located the dwelling, entered and discovered a female suffering from a gunshot wound.

Pasadena Fire arrived on the scene and pronounced the women dead shortly after. The coroner has identified the victim as 38-year-old Kelly Clark.

Her death was a result of an altercation between two men, Andrew Moore, 59, and Felipe More, 63, (not related), both armed with handguns. More fired his handgun, striking the 38 year-old woman. They were arrested charged with murder.

Anyone with information regarding this incident can contact the Pasadena Police Department’s Homicide Unit, Lieutenant Jess Carrillo at (626) 744-4517 or the Watch Commander at (626) 744-4620.
