Pasadena PD in Stand-Off With Despondent Woman

Thursday evening Pasadena PD responded to calls of a woman in distress at Pasadena PD HQ.  Swat was called in to assist. The woman, who said she was going to commit suicide was subdued with a bean bag and taken into custody after an hour and half of tense negotiations.
