Summer Reading Kick-Off Party
The Arcadia Public Library will kick off the Summer Reading Program with a special program for all ages on Saturday, June 18, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.
This is the perfect opportunity to register, enjoy some Random Acts of Music by the Pasadena Symphony and Pops, create your own Flipbook, enjoy a kid friendly craft, and more.
Kids, do not let the summer slide happen to you! Keep reading throughout the summer so you are at, or above, your current reading level when you return to school in the fall!
To keep reading fun, join the Summer Reading Program at your local library.
The Summer Reading Program is not just for kids! Teens and adults can also participate and win prizes along the way. For more information, please call (626) 821-5569 or visit the website at http://arcadiaca.gov/library.
This program is generously sponsored by the Friends of the Arcadia Public Library.
The Arcadia Public Library is located at 20 W. Duarte Road. The library is open Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. until 9p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. You can also follow the library on Twitter and Facebook.
