Arcadia Named One of the Best Places to Live in California by RentApplication.com
The City of Arcadia was named as one of the best places to live in California by RentApplication.com, a cutting-edge online property management site.
Ranked 19th among all communities in California, Arcadia was the only city awarded this honor in the San Gabriel Valley and is the second highest ranked in Los Angeles County.
To determine the overall ranking, RentApplication.com compiled census, education, wealth, happiness surveys, and internal data to create ratings system for all California communities.

“We are extremely honored to have received this award,” said Arcadia Mayor Tom Beck. “Those that live in Arcadia have known for a long time that our vibrant city has a strong sense of civic pride, a dynamic business community, fantastic schools, safe neighborhoods, and world class amenities.”
Arcadia was selected for its ideal location, its proximity to San Gabriel Mountains, and its high household income, among other criteria.
