Anna Wu, president and founder of Wu & Associates, has been named 2016 Los Angeles Business Journal Women’s Summit nominee for Volunteer of the Year and Philanthropist of the Year.
Former White House intern, successful entrepreneur, wife, and mother, Anna Wu is a resident of the San Gabriel Valley.
Anna Wu has a true heart for volunteering and philanthropy and deeply cares for her community and youths. Anna has made significant contributions to her community currently serving as the president of the Hacienda Heights Kiwanis Club, vice president of Arcadia Young Professionals Kiwanis club, a board member of the STC Foundation, a member of the leadership planning committee for Relay For Life Hacienda Heights, an Ambassador for the San Gabriel Regional Chamber, a successful entrepreneur, a devoted mother, wife, and so much more.
On average, Anna devotes more than 40 hours each month to community service while mentoring students from middle and high school levels, plans countless projects for her community, and works with disabled youths and their parents to ensure they are receiving the help they need.
The 2016 Volunteer of the Year Event is held on Monday, May 23, at the J.W. Marriott at LA Live.
