On Saturday, Feb. 13th and Sunday, Feb. 14th, our Savior Lutheran Church in Arcadia will present LoveFest 14, a unique event for teens and adults of all ages which focuses on the truth about the tough topics facing us today.
This event, drawing 1,000 attendees, is slated “No Weak Designs” based on Gen. 1:31.Saturday’s event features keynote speakers, breakout sessions, an In-n-Out lunch, dinner by Matt Denny’s and live entertainment under a large tent. There are breakout sessions separately for adults and youth throughout the day.
Keynote speakers are Ketric Newell, who expresses his overloaded energized love for Christ to young people across the nation, Pam Stenzel, who tackles tough issues of sex with candor, humor and insight and Tiffany Thompson who is an international speaker, author and child advocate.
Bob Smiley, who is one of the nation’s most in-demand hilarious clean comedians finishes out the evening along with Clint Thomas and Aaron Davis who present Chaos Theory, a media rich, hard-hitting presentation that is fast-moving, relevant and edgy. They focus on bullying, violence, teenage sexual issues, suicide, drug addiction and other high risk behaviors.
