“As we continue to make preparations for the opening of Station Square Park, our team installed a wrapped fence around the Historic Santa Fe Depot last week. As the photo illustrates, the fence we installed has a wonderful wrap that provides both practical and aesthetic value. From a practical perspective, with Station Square Park set to be open later this week, we wanted to be sure to secure the Historic Santa Fe Depot once the area is open to the public. In addition, given that the development team over at Daylight Limited, LLC, is working on rehabilitating the Historic Santa Fe Depot, and since the proposed renovation timeline will last through late 2016, we wanted to be sure to give the fence a bit of aesthetic value.” – City Manager’s Report for Wednesday, January 20th, 2016.
