A community meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday Jan. 27 at 7 p.m. to discuss the potential smoking ban in parks. The Monrovia City Council asked the Community Services Commission to investigate the possibility of banning smoking in all the city’s parks. This meeting is a part of that investigation.
The meeting will be held in the Monroe Room of the Community Center, 119 W. Palm Avenue. For questions, please call Tina Wells at the Monrovia Community Center (626) 256-8234.
