The City Council and other VIPs braved the cool night air Tuesday to dedicate a special bridge built by the taxpayers of Arcadia thanks to Measure A.  Mayor Kovacic pointed out that this bridge was an absolute necessity unless one wanted crossing stop lights “every five minutes on Santa Anita Avenue – in perpetuity.”

The Gold Line Grade Separation Bond Citizen Oversight Committee was also on hand for the event.

The colorful lights will fluctuate and hopefully not confuse drivers as they pass under the Gold Line bridge, which will be seeing passenger trains running next March.
