Every true foodie knows the pride felt when browsing through “Top _” lists, head nodding as you think, “been there, ate that.” But right when you thought you conquered all the best culinary gems in Los Angeles, L.A. Times food critic and Pulitzer Prize-winning writer Jonathan Gold releases his new 101 Best Restaurants List.
We were all anxious to know, who will be Gold’s Gold-medal winner? *drumroll…” Providence, yet again. For the third consecutive year, the restaurant has taken the #1 spot, a place well-deserved. Another noteworthy newcomer in the top 10 list is B.S. Taqueria, one of our personal favorite Mexican restaurants.
Need to add more to your list of “must-experience” LA restaurants? Find Gold’s top 20 here. More dedicated foodies can subscribe or purchase the Times in print to access the entire list of 101. Trust us, it’s worth it– we’re eating it all up.
