At-Risk Missing Person: Barbara Jean Joseph

On Friday, Oct. 2, 2015, Arcadia Police received a call of a missing person. Barbara Jean Joseph was last seen leaving a substance abuse treatment center in Los Angeles on Sept. 30 to attend a family funeral. According to family members, Joseph did not attend the funeral and has not been seen or heard from since. Joseph has a history of psychological disorders and has attempted suicide numerous times in the past. Joseph is a 44-year-old Caucasian female, 5’7”, 150 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what type of clothing Joseph was wearing when she was last seen and she does not have a vehicle.
