

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Human Exploitation and Trafficking (HEAT) Task Force, continue their efforts to combat human trafficking from all angels. On Thursday, Aug. 27, 2015, the task force conducted a sex buyer “john” sting in the unincorporated area of Pasadena, which is policed by Temple Sheriff’s Station.
The Task Force conducted a sex buyer “John” operation that consisted of undercover female deputies posing as prostitutes throughout the night. During the operation, 10 male adults were arrested for Solicitation of Prostitution, a misdemeanor charge. One of the males was additionally charged with possession of methamphetamine and driving on a suspended license, both misdemeanor charges.
