Brunch On: The Hollywood Roosevelt’s Tropicana Pool Café

All day ‘errrday. Yep, that’s just about how long the newly-opened Tropicana Pool Café at The Hollywood Roosevelt will serve up brunch. All they did, really, was revamp their poolside dining option and honed in on what an Angeleno really wants: short rib grilled cheese, California kale salad, cinnamon french toast and baked eggs provencal on the daily. We salute the fresh new lounging mode they’re offering. Mimosas included.

There’s also other news that’s coupled with playing hooky on a Tuesday to cop a bite of sun, pool, and brunch bites. The hotel has also just finished a $25 million dollar room renovation, and next up? You guessed it, The Tropicana.

Maybe we can switch out our Dive Club events at the spot for Brunch Time with LA CANVAS? Ahh, dreamy.
