Recall Campaign Begins

A grassroots effort to recall three councilmembers is underway in Arcadia. Former Mayor Mickey Segal spoke at a recent council meeting and warned in no uncertain terms that such a campaign would be underway soon. The “concerned Arcadians” who want to “Take back OUR council” are predominantly from the Highlands neighborhood where residents have been at odds with several councilmembers over development of historic homes and the GemCoin controversy with John Wuo. – Courtesy Photo
