

Giggle Fiber has been making drastic improvements to its services while keeping prices steady since entering the market as a high-speed Internet provider last year. These improvements have included GiggleMAX, which has the fastest speeds in California; the increasing of network bandwidth of more than 500 percent; and the launch of GiggleEXTRA, a free video service of municipal, educational, and foreign channels.

The store will be opening at 11 a.m., Monday-Saturday, and closing at 7 p.m. (5 p.m. Saturday). In a further move to highlight Giggle Fiber customer focus, there will be the expansion of local tech support hours. Tech support hours are from 8 a.m. (10 a.m. Sunday) to 11 p.m. every day. Giggle support is available 24 hours a day.
Giggle Fiber still stands by its goals of reaching gigabit speeds while not raising costs. This goal is well underway and will be achieved in the right ways, not at the cost of exceptional customer service or network performance.
