On Sunday June 21, the Pasadena PD will host the 14th Annual Classic Car Show sponsored by the Paseo Colorado. The event kicks off at 10:00 am. on Green Street at the Paseo Colorado, between Marengo Ave. and Euclid Ave.
Vintage cars and hot rods from 1900-1974 will be on display. There will be live music, raffle prizes, food booths and an auction for an exciting police helicopter ride for two people. Awards will be given in several categories for the best cars on display. There is no cost for the public to stroll the Paseo Pasadena while seeing beautiful classic cars and viewing spectacular hand-drawn artwork at the Chalk Art Festival.
Anyone wishing to enter a car may do so up to the morning of the event (until 9:30am). Entry fee is $25.00 per vehicle. All proceeds will benefit the Police Activities League, Police Explorer Post #19 and Peace Over Violence, a resource for families dealing with domestic violence.
