The Detour Bistro Bar is a newly opened brick-and-mortar concept from Great Dane Catering and Events, boasting a farm-to-table philosophy with European and California seasonal-inspired dishes. With an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients, weekly menus from lunch, happy hour, dinner and weekends for brunch include such dishes as the Asian Steak Sandwich with ribeye steak, mushrooms, carrots and ginger with a sweet chili sauce on a baguette, and the Lamb and Goat Cheese Flatbread with lamb, goat cheese, apricot marmalade and mint. Happy hour plates start at just $5 while happy hour cocktails are priced at $8. Get on it.
