Follow the journey of a stone tool created before your very eyes to its many connections in the Native American material culture. As the tool is repeatedly recycled, can you guess its final destination? Afterwards, participants will have an opportunity to shape their own soapstone bead using only stone tools. James Bowden will follow this with additional flint knapping and a time for informal questions.
This program is sponsored by the Arcadia Museum Foundation and will take place on April 25 from 10 a.m,-12 p.m.
