Walking is definitely one of the best exercises one can do. In Duarte, heading to Bradbury, people are taking note of the good habits ( pardon the pun) that Santa Teresita Nuns inspire. And a cleverly placed sign alerts walkers to watch out for Nuns who frequent the path.
