I think that the veterinarian at the Downey Animal Shelter who inserted the microchip into the kitten “Muffin’s” spine should be fired!
Luckily, a rescue group paid the $6,000 fee to help restore the poor kitten! The animal shelter wouldn’t pay for it of course. The incompetent vet should have paid.
