Dear Editor:
The U. S. Post Office in Arcadia recently relocated the letter drop boxes on Santa Clara Street to Curb Side Boxes. This requires that the driver stop his car at the curb; exit the car in traffic lanes, walk around the car and drop the letter in the box, and then return the same way.
If this is an example of the intelligence of the leadership of the U. S. Postal Service it is no wonder that they operate in the red.
