L.A. Vation – U2 its musical inspiration – so much so that critics have claimed that the group is a “true U2 tribute band that accurately executes the music and the look of a real U2 concert.” The band derives its name from the song “Elevation,” from U2’s 2000 album, “All That You Can’t Leave Behind.”
Bringing an unparalleled tribute to the sounds of U2, L.A. Vation will close the 2014 Party on the Plaza Summer Concert Series when it performs at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium Plaza on Friday, Aug. 1.
The show is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. and doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets priced at $10 for general admission and $20 and $30 for reserved table seats are available online atwww.thepasadenacivic.com.
