The public is invited to join Pasadena Vice Mayor Jacque Robinson for a brief ceremony dedicating the second phase of the City’s popular Rotating Public Art Exhibition Program. The ceremony begins at 10 a.m., Friday, August 1, 2014 in the raised island at the northwest corner of West Washington Boulevard and Glen Avenue.
This is the second set of art installations for the City’s Rotating Public Art Exhibition Program that began in 2012. The program places artwork in each City Council district, often in neighborhoods to stimulate discussion and enhance the environment for our residents.
Artwork is temporarily placed on site for about two years. The artwork can either be loaned or developed by the artist specifically for that site.
